This month’s speaker is David Higgerson, Director of Field Operations,Tucson Office for the US Department of Homeland Security. As Director, he is responsible for the operations and enforcement activities at the eight international ports of entry in Arizona which process almost 36 million people, nearly 9 million vehicles, 368,000 commerical turcks, and almost $18 billion in international trade every year. Registration and breakfast starts at 7 am and the program ends at 8:30 am. Reservations must be made in writing to Arlene by March 11th. Cost is $10/Chamber member with reservations made by deadline; $15 thereafter. Non-members are $15/each.
