Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce staff members attended the kickoff meeting of Pima Community College’s Upward Bound program. The Upward Bound program supports low-income and first-generation students considering college through one-on-one advising and mentoring and career exploration. Upward Bound participants take enrichment classes in literature, writing, math and science.
