Tucson Metro Chamber hires staff and contracts new government relations firm

The Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce  recently added Allyson Solomon as Public Policy Analyst to in-house staff and contracted a government relations firm, Capitol Consulting, to increase the Chamber’s focus on supporting Southern Arizona businesses and the Legislative Agenda published earlier this year.  Click here to read more.

Military Affairs Committee presents 2011 E.D. Jewett Award

 The Chamber’s Military Affairs Committee presented the annual E.D. Jewett Outstanding Unit Award at a special luncheon held at the Mirage Officers Club at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Of 16 nominees, the 355th Civil Engineering Squadron was selected for this year’s honor for military excellence and community involvement during the previous fiscal year.  Click here to read more.
