The Chamber sizzles in the summer School is out, the heat is on and the first pitch for the Toros has been thrown. It’s official, summer has begun in Tucson. Over the next three months each of us will likely take a few extra days and head somewhere cooler: Roosevelt Lake for some water skiing, the White Mountains for some fly fishing or maybe eastward to visit family. The immigration discussion: it’s not over Last month, I reported to all of you about the Chamber’s Immigration Reform Policy and our efforts to energize the nation’s congressional leaders to take a closer look at it. Associate Professor of Planetary Science and Cosmochemistry at the University of Arizona, Dr. Dante Lauretta, provided an exciting look at our solar system, asteroids, and the future of space exploration.
