Arizona Capitol Times opens distribution in Tucson
  The Arizona Capitol Times, the weekly political newspaper that covers the governor's office and Legislature in Phoenix, has begun vendor-box sales in 14 locations in downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona campus, and 12 retail locations - 10 Safeway stores and two Borders book stores.
  The publication covers legislative and policy issues and also produces several guides to business at the State Capitol - the Government Resource Directory, citizen Government, Arizona Trade and Professional Associations, Book of Lobbyists and Government Liaisons and the Political Almanac.

A first in food achieved at St. Joseph's Hospital
  O'Naturals, the nation's first natural-organic quick-service food chain, has opened a location inside Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital.
  The chain, which opened in 2001 and is based in Portland, Maine, features a menu that includes flatbread sandwiches, homemade soups and salads - all made with ingredients that are natural, organic and local.
